Amlal — Arabic for sands — was born at the crossroads of desert and ocean, in Taghazout, Morocco. What started as one surf camp has grown into four addresses on the Atlantic coast, all run by the same local family, all shaped by the same love for the sea.

How do I book a stay at Amlal?
Browse our properties, pick your dates and number of guests, then complete checkout in a few steps. For group bookings or special requests, reach out via WhatsApp or email and we'll put together a tailored quote.
What is included in every stay?
Every Amlal stay includes accommodation, daily guided surf sessions with a certified coach, board and wetsuit hire, a Moroccan breakfast each morning, and a door-to-door airport transfer from Agadir. Check each property page for its specific inclusions.
Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes. All our properties are within 30 minutes of Agadir Al Massira Airport and we organise transfers for every guest. Add your flight details at checkout and our driver will be there when you land.
Do I need surfing experience?
Not at all. Our coaches run sessions for every level — beginners learn on soft waves while intermediates and advanced surfers tackle the reef breaks. You will always be with people at your own level.
When is the best time to visit?
The Atlantic delivers consistent swell from September through May, with the biggest swells in winter. July and August are warmer and great for beginners. Our properties are open year-round.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 14 days before arrival receive a full refund. Between 7 and 14 days, 50 % of the booking value is refunded. Within 7 days of arrival, bookings are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days.
Can I book for a group?
Yes — our properties can accommodate groups of up to 30 guests. Contact us directly and we will arrange accommodation, coaching and any extras across one or more properties.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Absolutely. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are available at every meal. Let us know your requirements at booking and the kitchen will plan accordingly.
